  4. Now, press and hold the “CTRL” key and then press “F3” on your keyboard.
  5. Click on the “Contact Info” tab at the top of the online centre screen.

  8. The current status will be displayed as “needs updating” once you refresh.
  9. Click OK, and then click on “Update/Send”.
  10. Enter your password, and then click on “Update Now”.

Step 3- Delete and re-enter offending payee details.

  1. Delete all information regarding the payee in the Memorized Payee List.
  2. Also, make sure you delete all information related to the payee in the ONLINE Payee List.
  3. Delete the payment information in the register regarding the “offending payee” and re-enter it.
  4. Do not disturb any other payments in your register that you may have done.
  5. Now, send the refreshed payment register details for the offending payee to the bank.
  6. Finally, go to the Memorized Payee List and locate the payee.
  7. Click on edit.
  8. Check the “Lock and Leave this payee unchanged when it is edited in a register” checkbox.
